I might have missed a previous post of yours where you explained this - but what is "Reach 11," and what are you doing there?
I think the next thing I might try is wearing some water repellant clothes in the water. I'm not a huge fan of the rain, so I'd rather try it in the tub or a pool or lake or something, where I can totally submerge. Have you ever tried anything like that?
