That would be something if getting wet fully clothed gets into the psychiatric journals as a treatment for OCD! Back in 1998 the state psychologist diagnosed me with the obsessive-compulsive personality disorder, but I think that's different from OCD. Nobody at my dismissal hearing accused me of being a neat-freak. I think Dr. Carson was accusing me of being too interested in irrelevant details.
