Without knowing the start of that story, and the background and infill, I am afraid that I don’t really follow the ending.
Marriages and relationships … That is a whole other can of worms. This place would implode if I started a new ramble on my failed attempts to figure those out. I’ve never had a relationship or romantic experience, but I’ve still acquired some personal data to confirm the level of pain involved.
