Unless the kids parents are with them and you, for example in the 90's I used to swim round Trafalgar Square with one of my friend Kara's kids on my back (Kayla or Kira, I forget which). Kara had on a black CIV teeshirt and jeans, while her kids were in proper swimwear, as far as I remember. Needless to say, me and Kara also used to swim round and drench each other too. She might be in the CW15 Sunsplash video "Wet in the city" (I'm the aging hippie in a kaftan chasing girls (i.e. women) round and pushing them in, at the beginning of the video). Always fill your day with wonderful things :)
