Depends how you define "real life". Society is not real life, it's just a rat race. Civilisation is just an evolutionary struggle between meat and meat for resources, whether money, housing, or status. Consciousness (whether individual, as in friends, or emulated, as in plushies, or mediated by serotonin/oxytocin/dopamine from your own endocrines (chakras)) and qualia (direct experiences) are the only verifiable reality. Quantum physics is at last realising this, as it drowns and thrashes around screaming (but not in delight, lol) in its own internal inconsistencies. We are fundamentally modules of cugged (closed user groups) local consciousness, everything else is just maya (mapped cache of external signals). More of this in forthcoming "Legend Land"... Always fill your soul with wonderful things :)
