My personal favourite is wearing a wetsuit with a rainsuit on top and walking in the rain by the lake where I live. When it gets too hot I go for a little swim or I just let the rain drop into my wetsuit. I like the tightness of the wetsuit, together with the nice shiny wet rainsuit, preferrably with a nice colour, such as yellow or orange.
